ImageCat Membership Agreement

Important Notice

These Membership Service Rules ("Rules") apply to the membership services offered for ImageCat ("membership services" or the "Service"). Before subscribing, please read these Rules carefully. Your purchase or subscription constitutes your confirmation and acceptance of these Rules.

We may revise these Rules from time to time based on actual operations or other reasonable needs. Please review the latest version regularly. Your continued use of the Service after any update means that you confirm and accept the revised version.

These Rules form an integral part of the ImageCat User Service Agreement. If there is any inconsistency between these Rules and the User Service Agreement, these Rules shall prevail. Matters not expressly covered herein shall remain subject to the User Service Agreement.

1. Membership Service Content

  1. Membership services refer to the benefits that we provide to you through ImageCat after you obtain eligibility or pay the corresponding fee. During the applicable service period, PRO members currently receive up to 100 successful image-generation uses per calendar month, together with the advanced creation, output, and AI-badge-related benefits shown on the in-app purchase page. Failed or cancelled generations that do not produce a result are not counted against the quota after settlement.
  2. The Service is for personal use only and may not be used for commercial image editing or bulk processing.
  3. The Service currently includes auto-renewing monthly and annual plans and may include additional membership products or digital service tiers that ImageCat launches in the future.

2. PRO Membership Types

  1. Auto-renewing annual plan: the subscription period is one year from the successful purchase date and renews automatically for another year unless auto-renewal is turned off.
  2. Auto-renewing monthly plan: the subscription period is one month from the successful purchase date and renews automatically for another month unless auto-renewal is turned off.

3. Membership Fees

  1. Except for promotional eligibility expressly issued by ImageCat, membership services are purchased through the App Store. The price, currency, billing period, and any promotion shown on the App Store purchase confirmation page at the time of purchase apply.
  2. The Service is a digital online service. Payment is charged to your Apple Account after purchase confirmation. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled through Apple's applicable rules and channels.
  3. We may revise the applicable rules and pricing standards for the Service at our sole discretion. Any such revision takes effect upon publication and applies only to purchases or renewals made after the revision becomes effective.

4. Renewal, Cancellation, and Termination

Monthly and annual plans renew automatically. Your Apple Account is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period, and a successful charge extends the subscription by the corresponding period. To prevent the next renewal, turn off auto-renewal in your Apple Account subscription settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

After you cancel auto-renewal, membership benefits generally remain available until the end of the paid period. Cancellation does not by itself create a refund for the current period; refund eligibility is determined through the App Store under applicable law and Apple's rules.

Important: If you obtain the Service through unlawful means, improper methods, or any channel not designated by ImageCat, or if you maliciously exploit loopholes across channels to obtain refunds, ImageCat may immediately terminate the Service without compensation or refund. Unauthorized channels include, without limitation, recharge services through e-commerce platforms, private intermediaries, or other unapproved channels. Any resulting losses shall be resolved between you and such unauthorized channel, and ImageCat bears no responsibility.

5. Disclaimer

You understand and agree that the benefits included in the Service may be changed, interrupted, suspended, or terminated due to changes in laws, regulations, regulatory policies, requests from rights holders or copyright owners, requests from law enforcement or judicial authorities, product plans, or operational needs. In such circumstances, ImageCat may implement such changes without your prior consent and shall not be liable for any resulting inability to enjoy the corresponding benefits.

我们有权根据实际的运营情况等原因对本规则进行修订，建议你及时查看修订的版本。你的使用行为视为对本规则及其修订版本的确认和同意。

本规则是《ImageCat用户服务协议》的一部分，本规则与《ImageCat用户服务协议》约定不一致的，以本规则为准；本规则未约定或约定不明确的事项，以《ImageCat用户服务协议》为准。

第一条 会员服务内容

  1. ImageCat会员服务，是我们基于ImageCat产品向你提供的、通过领取资格或支付相应费用后享用产品权益的服务。在相应服务期限内，PRO 会员当前每个自然月最多可获得 100 次成功图片生成额度，并可享用 App 内购买页面所展示的高级创作、输出及 AI 角标相关权益。失败或取消且未产生结果的生成任务，在额度结算后不计入已用额度。
  2. 本服务仅被允许用于个人用途，不得用于商业图片编辑或批量处理。
  3. 本服务当前包含自动续费的包月和包年方案，未来还可能上线其他会员产品或数字服务档位。

第二条 PRO 会员服务类型

  1. 连续包年：自购买成功日起，每个订阅周期为一年；除非你关闭自动续费，否则到期后自动续订一年。
  2. 连续包月：自购买成功日起，每个订阅周期为一个月；除非你关闭自动续费，否则到期后自动续订一个月。

第三条 会员服务费用

  1. 除 ImageCat 明确发放的促销资格外，会员服务通过 App Store 购买。购买时以 App Store 购买确认页展示的价格、币种、计费周期和促销信息为准。
  2. 本服务为在线使用的数字化商品服务。确认购买后，费用将从你的 Apple 账户扣除。App Store 购买的退款申请按照适用法律和 Apple 的相关规则与渠道处理。
  3. 我们有权自行对本服务相关的规则及收费标准进行修订，该类修订一经发布即生效。收费标准的修订不影响修订前已购买服务的用户使用，仅对修订发布后的购买或续费行为产生效力。

第四条 续费、取消与终止

包月和包年方案均会自动续费。Apple 账户会在当前周期到期前 24 小时内扣费，扣费成功后订阅将延长相应周期。如需避免下一次续费，请至少在当前周期结束前 24 小时，在 Apple 账户的订阅设置中关闭自动续费。

关闭自动续费后，会员权益通常仍可使用到已付费周期结束。取消自动续费本身不会产生当期退款；退款资格由 App Store 根据适用法律和 Apple 规则确定。

重要提示：若你以非法的方式或不正当手段或使用非ImageCat所指定的渠道获得本服务或者利用不同渠道的漏洞进行恶意退费的，ImageCat有权立即向你终止本服务并无须给予任何补偿、赔偿，无须退还服务费用。非官方渠道包括但不限于电商平台代充、私人代充或其他未经授权的渠道。由于你使用非官方渠道而导致的各类损失，由你与该非官方渠道解决，ImageCat既不负责。

第五条 免责声明

你理解并同意，我们向你提供的本服务所包含的权益内容，可能会根据法律法规或监管政策的变化、权利人或版权方的要求、执法部门或司法机关的要求、产品计划或运营情况等原因进行变更或中断、中止或终止。对于因前述原因或其他原因造成您无法享有产品或服务权益的，无需事先取得您的同意，且ImageCat无须承担任何责任。
