ImageCat Membership Agreement
Important Notice
These Membership Service Rules ("Rules") apply to the membership services offered for ImageCat ("membership services" or the "Service"). Before subscribing, please read these Rules carefully. Your purchase or subscription constitutes your confirmation and acceptance of these Rules.
We may revise these Rules from time to time based on actual operations or other reasonable needs. Please review the latest version regularly. Your continued use of the Service after any update means that you confirm and accept the revised version.
These Rules form an integral part of the ImageCat User Service Agreement. If there is any inconsistency between these Rules and the User Service Agreement, these Rules shall prevail. Matters not expressly covered herein shall remain subject to the User Service Agreement.
1. Membership Service Content
- Membership services refer to the benefits that we provide to you through ImageCat after you obtain eligibility or pay the corresponding fee. During the applicable service period, PRO members may receive up to 100 image-generation uses per month together with the advanced creation, high-resolution output, and watermark-related benefits shown on the in-app purchase page.
- The Service is for personal use only and may not be used for commercial image editing or bulk processing.
- The Service currently includes annual memberships and any additional membership products or digital service tiers that ImageCat may launch in the future.
2. PRO Membership Types
- Auto-renewing annual plan: You may pay the applicable amount to purchase annual membership benefits for 365 calendar days. The service period starts on the date when payment succeeds and ends automatically upon expiration.
- Auto-renewing monthly plan: You may pay the applicable amount to purchase membership benefits for one calendar month. The service period begins on the date when payment succeeds and renews on the same day of the following month, or on the last day of the following month if the same date does not exist.
3. Membership Fees
- Except for promotional trial qualifications issued by ImageCat, membership services must be purchased through the ImageCat platform by paying the relevant amount.
- The Service is a digital online service. The amount you pay is the purchase price of such digital service and does not constitute a deposit, prepayment, or earnest money. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by ImageCat, fees are non-refundable after activation.
- We may revise the applicable rules and pricing standards for the Service at our sole discretion. Any such revision takes effect upon publication and applies only to purchases or renewals made after the revision becomes effective.
4. Termination of Membership Services
Unless otherwise provided in these Rules or other ImageCat rules, annual or monthly membership services terminate automatically when the corresponding service period expires.
Termination does not affect the services you were entitled to enjoy before termination. Fees already paid will not be refunded.
Important: If you obtain the Service through unlawful means, improper methods, or any channel not designated by ImageCat, or if you maliciously exploit loopholes across channels to obtain refunds, ImageCat may immediately terminate the Service without compensation or refund. Unauthorized channels include, without limitation, recharge services through e-commerce platforms, private intermediaries, or other unapproved channels. Any resulting losses shall be resolved between you and such unauthorized channel, and ImageCat bears no responsibility.
5. Disclaimer
You understand and agree that the benefits included in the Service may be changed, interrupted, suspended, or terminated due to changes in laws, regulations, regulatory policies, requests from rights holders or copyright owners, requests from law enforcement or judicial authorities, product plans, or operational needs. In such circumstances, ImageCat may implement such changes without your prior consent and shall not be liable for any resulting inability to enjoy the corresponding benefits.

特别说明
ImageCat会员服务规则（以下简称"本规则"）适用于ImageCat会员服务（以下简称"会员服务"或"本服务"），当你订购会员服务前，应充分阅读本规则，你的订购行为即视为你对本规则的确认。
我们有权根据实际的运营情况等原因对本规则进行修订，建议你及时查看修订的版本。你的使用行为视为对本规则及其修订版本的确认和同意。
本规则是《ImageCat用户服务协议》的一部分，本规则与《ImageCat用户服务协议》约定不一致的，以本规则为准；本规则未约定或约定不明确的事项，以《ImageCat用户服务协议》为准。
第一条 会员服务内容
- ImageCat会员服务，是我们基于ImageCat产品向你提供的、通过领取资格或支付相应费用后享用产品权益的服务。在相应服务期限内，PRO会员每月最多可获得100次图片生成额度，并可享用App内购买页面所展示的高级创作、高清输出及水印相关权益。
- 本服务仅被允许用于个人用途，不得用于商业图片编辑或批量处理。
- 本服务包含年卡会员以及ImageCat未来可能上线的其他会员服务类型。
第二条 PRO 会员服务类型
- 连续包年：你可选择支付相应金额，购买服务期限为 365 个自然日的年卡会员权益，服务期限自支付成功日开始计算。服务期限届满后，你所享有的权益自动终止。
- 连续包月：你可选择支付相应金额，购买服务期限为 1 个自然月的包月会员权益，服务期限自支付成功日开始计算，至次月同日续费（如购买日期在次月中不存在，则调整至次月最后一天）。
第三条 会员服务费用
- 除ImageCat发放的会员服务体验资格外，会员服务均须在ImageCat平台内支付相应金额进行购买。
- 本服务为在线使用的数字化商品服务，你支付的费用不具有预付款、存款或定金等性质，而是该数字化商品的价格。除法律法规另有规定或ImageCat另有说明外，服务一经开通后不可退款。
- 我们有权自行对本服务相关的规则及收费标准进行修订，该类修订一经发布即生效。收费标准的修订不影响修订前已购买服务的用户使用，仅对修订发布后的购买或续费行为产生效力。
第四条 会员服务终止
除本规则以及ImageCat其他规则另有说明外，年卡会员会在相应的服务期限届满后自动终止。
服务终止的效力不影响终止前你可以享有的服务，已支付的费用不予退还。
重要提示：若你以非法的方式或不正当手段或使用非ImageCat所指定的渠道获得本服务或者利用不同渠道的漏洞进行恶意退费的，ImageCat有权立即向你终止本服务并无须给予任何补偿、赔偿，无须退还服务费用。非官方渠道包括但不限于电商平台代充、私人代充或其他未经授权的渠道。由于你使用非官方渠道而导致的各类损失，由你与该非官方渠道解决，ImageCat既不负责。
第五条 免责声明
你理解并同意，我们向你提供的本服务所包含的权益内容，可能会根据法律法规或监管政策的变化、权利人或版权方的要求、执法部门或司法机关的要求、产品计划或运营情况等原因进行变更或中断、中止或终止。对于因前述原因或其他原因造成您无法享有产品或服务权益的，无需事先取得您的同意，且ImageCat无须承担任何责任。
